Help, please - I screwed up.

I was rooting my tmobile V10 and when I got to the twrp section to wipe, I misread it and wiped my OS.
I flashed Cyanogen and it will do for now but I would rather have stock back on there, however LGUP can't find my device.
What are my next steps?
