I just bought a new Mi4 and want to install CM13 on it. As far as I know I have to change the baseband version as mentioned here:

The guide says I need to have CM13 already installed for me to proceed as described, but how am I going to do this if I am going to install CM13 but cannot because of wrong baseband? Kind of a recurrent problem, isn't it?
