Cant Boot any CUSTOM ROMs

Hi,
Greetings,
I cant boot any custom ROMs. I have tried followings:

ATTEMPT 1:
Lollipop bootloader
Complete format of boot, cache, art cache, system and data
flash RR ROM
Flash GAPPS (Open GAPPS PICO)
Reboot

ATTEMPT 2:
MARSHMALLOW BOOTLOADER
SAME PROCESS
Reboot

ATTEMPT 3:
Lollipop Bootloader
format everything
Flash RR ROM
Reboot

ATTEMPT 4:
Marshmallow Bootloader
format everything
Flash RR ROM
Reboot
