Hi. My mother's Samsung Galaxy S5 is having a strange issue. :eek: The home screens are showing duplicate icons that if you press don't do anything. Also the notification bar at the top has icons that repeat themselves and overlap. :confused:I attached an image of what I'm referring to. She says this has been happening for over a month and sometimes when she goes to delete an image or two, she selects let's say 7 images and it asks to confirm to delete those 7, after she confirms it deletes ALL the images in that folder. WTF? :( She has lost a lot of images because of this. Her phone doesn't have an SD card.
Her phone has not been modified or rooted. In fact she is still paying it off at T-Mobile and has a few more months to go. Anyone know what the cause of of it is and how it can be rectified?
